Careers @ IMS

Chief of Staff [Head of Process, New Products]

IMS is a growing pavement analysis company with operations across North America. For more than 30 years, the company has used high-tech equipment to scan streets, sidewalks, and other road-related assets for city and county governments.

We are looking for an extremely talented, growth-oriented professional who can help the executive team at IMS sustain an ambitious trajectory of growth by executing on a variety of high-level, high-impact initiatives. This person will be doing all of the things that the CEO and CFO of IMS wish they could do with their time - testing out new product/service ideas, building new processes and roles at the company, and finding ways to improve IMS’ overall performance. A perfect fit is a person who gets visceral pleasure from bringing order to chaos, creating value where there was none before, and seeing their handprints on an organization. An aspiring business owner or CEO would make major steps towards being equipped for those roles by diving into this position.
